What is Tegaria and how it works

In one sentence

Tegaria connects landlords and tenants who truly fit: each side says what they offer or what they're looking for, the system crosses compatible listings and searches, and the chat only opens when both have liked each other (the double like). No spam, no giving out your phone or email before you're ready, and with every user's identity verified.

How it works, in three steps

1. Create your profile: your listing if you're renting out a room, your search if you're looking for one (area, budget and living preferences).
2. Like what fits: the system only shows you options compatible with your criteria.
3. Match and chat: when interest is mutual the chat opens, you talk and you close the rental.

The roles

• Tenant — you're looking for a room or flatmates. Create your search profile.
• Landlord — you're renting out a room. Publish your listing.
• Agent — local ambassadors and agencies representing clients. How to start.

One account does it all: tap the three-line icon (☰), top left, and choose "Landlord mode" or "Tenant mode" to switch whenever you want.

Where it works

Tegaria runs in any browser, nothing to download: go to app.tegaria.com from your phone or computer. Available in Spanish and English — switch from that same ☰ menu, with "Change to Spanish" / "Change to English".

What it costs
