How much does Tegaria cost

Free to start

Creating your account at app.tegaria.com, writing your listing or your search profile, browsing and receiving alerts costs nothing. Looking for a room is always free: liking, matching and chatting are never charged — neither to tenants nor to landlords. Instant alerts (likes, matches and messages) are free for everyone.

If you're an individual

Your first listing is free. Every account has one free publication. Your first published listing uses it and keeps that pass forever: you can hide it and publish it again without paying. The only thing the app will ask every 3 months is to tap "Reactivate for free" to keep it visible (at no cost).
Further listings cost €15 per publication (+ VAT), with 3 months of visibility. They are paid with your wallet balance.
Hiding a listing and publishing it again within its 3-month window costs nothing.

If you're an agency or an agent

Your agency's showcase is free: your agency listing, visible in your areas to attract clients. Signing up is free too: no fixed fee, no lock-in.
Each operational listing costs €15 per publication (+ VAT), with 3 months of visibility — same as for an individual.
Contacting a lead (like): free today — "Launch promotion: likes do not use up balance right now", as the "Pricing" screen says. That screen always shows the current price.
Welcome bonus: €5 of balance when you create your agency and €10 more when you verify your identity.
Courtesy margin: so a charge never cuts a task short, your balance may go slightly negative; from there you need to top up to keep operating. The "Pricing" screen warns you before you get there.

The current prices are always inside the app: tap the three-line icon (☰), top left, and choose "Pricing". You'll see both blocks (Individuals · Agents and agencies) and, before confirming any payment, the final amount with VAT included.

The wallet and VAT

You top up the wallet by card from the "Top up wallet" screen — the path: ☰ → "Settings" → "Wallet" → "Top up" (step by step) — choosing an amount of €15, €30 or €50. VAT (21%) is paid on the top-up: for example, topping up €15 of balance means a one-time payment of €18.15 (VAT included) — the screen shows it before you pay ("You'll receive €15 in balance · One-time payment: €18.15 (21% VAT included)"). Your wallet balance is already net: publishing a listing deducts exactly €15.

Ambassadors

Signing up as an ambassador is free. The fee an ambassador agrees with their client is between the two of them: Tegaria doesn't process it and takes no commission.

Refunds

Topped-up balance is meant for payments inside Tegaria and, as a general rule, is not refundable. If you believe your case is special (for example, a duplicate payment or an error), write to us via the app's "Help" button (bottom left) or at info@tegaria.com and we'll look into it.
