Create your account and choose your role

Signing up

Go to app.tegaria.com in any browser and sign in with your Google account ("Continue with Google") or with your email address. By continuing you accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy, readable from that same screen.

Verify your email

If you sign up with your email, you'll see the "Verify your email" screen: we send a link to your address and you need to tap it to continue (it also lets you recover the account if you forget your password).

• Nothing arriving? Check your spam folder and use "Resend email".
• Already tapped it and the screen won't move on? Give it a few seconds and tap "I've already verified it".

Later on, once you finish filling in your details, you'll get a welcome email. It is a different email and arrives only once: the verification one confirms the address is yours, while this one simply tells you the account is ready.

Choose your role

On "Select your role" you decide how to start: Tenant or Landlord. It's not a permanent choice: the same account works both ways.

Switching role or language

Tap the three-line icon (☰), top left: there you'll find "Landlord mode" / "Tenant mode" to switch roles (the entry shows the mode you can switch to) and "Change to Spanish" / "Change to English" for the language. In that same menu you'll also find "Verify identity", "Watch Tutorial", "Settings" and "Pricing".
