Contacting a person

The app's "Help" button

The "Help" button sits at the bottom left of the main screens. Tapping it opens "Write your question": you type your doubt and choose who answers, with two side-by-side buttons:

The AI does know how your account is doing (but not who you are)

So you don't get generic answers, a summary of your account's status travels alongside your question: statements such as "you have an unpublished listing" or "your identity verification is under review". That way the assistant gives you the specific diagnosis instead of listing every possible cause.

That summary carries nothing that identifies you: never your name, email, phone, addresses, your listing's title or the content of your messages. If your account has no issues, the only thing that travels is the line "no issues". The detail is in Privacy and your data.

Two practical consequences:

What we store from your question

AI questions are stored anonymously to improve the help: nothing that identifies your account, and any names or contact details in the text are automatically replaced with generic placeholders before anything is stored. Even so, better not to write personal details in your question: they're not needed to help you.

What to tell us

To help you right away, include:

  1. What you were trying to do (publish, like, top up…).
  2. Which screen you were on and the exact message you got (a screenshot is gold).
  3. If it's about a payment: the date and amount of the charge.
  4. Your Tegaria account email, so we can find it.

Before writing, in case it's faster

Most blockers have their page with the fix: why your listing is not visible, a payment doesn't show up, can't like or chat, no results.
