Become your area's ambassador

What an ambassador is

The person who knows their area and helps close rentals in it: they represent tenants who search and landlords who rent, with their own fee and reputation. No licence and no cost required — for the app, ambassadors and agencies share the same Agent role.

How to become an agent

1. Send your application: fill in the Join the Tegaria ambassador network form — who you are, your area, your experience — and press "Send application".
2. The Tegaria team gets in touch in the coming days: we check that you truly know your area and that you're someone serious and trustworthy. If it's a good fit, we activate your account as an agent.
3. Create your agent profile: once your account is activated, tap the three-line icon (☰), top left, open "My Profile" and press the "Administrar Perfil de Agente" (Manage agent profile) button.
4. Introduce yourself and set your fee on that screen ("Perfil de Agente" — currently shown in Spanish): your trade name, your bio and your mediation fees ("Tarifas de intermediación") — the fee is yours to decide; write it clearly and upfront. Mark your working areas ("Zonas de Actuación") on the map (you can cover several) and press "Guardar Agente" (Save).
5. Share your link: your profile has a public link — it's your storefront for WhatsApp groups, Instagram or wherever your people are. You copy it with the share icon on your profile's card, just like a listing.
6. Work your area's requests: contact those searching or renting, use the double like and the chat to present candidates and close the rental.

The "Administrar Perfil de Agente" button only appears once the team has activated your account as an agent: if you can't see it, your application isn't approved yet.

How you get paid

Directly by your client, at the fee you agreed. Tegaria doesn't process that payment and takes no commission, and signing up and using the app is free.

Your reputation

Every deal adds reviews to your public profile. The more reputation you build, the more clients in your area choose you.
