Top up your wallet

What the wallet is for
Your wallet balance pays for listing publications (€15 for 3 months; the account's first listing is free). If you're an agency, your wallet also covers your professional activity in the app.
How to top up
- Open the wallet: tap the three-line icon (☰), top left → "Settings" → "Wallet", and tap "Top up". You can also get there from ☰ → "Pricing" with the "View my wallet" button — or from the publish flow itself: if balance is missing, the app brings you here on its own.
- On "Top up wallet", under "Choose an amount", pick €15, €30 or €50.
- Before paying you'll see the exact breakdown: "You'll receive €15 in balance · One-time payment: €18.15 (21% VAT included)". VAT is paid on the top-up; the balance you receive is already net.
- Tap "Pay" and complete the card payment in the secure checkout (Stripe).
The balance updates on its own once the payment is confirmed. If you came from publishing a listing, no need to go back: you'll see "Payment received: publishing…" and your listing publishes automatically.
"Waiting for payment confirmation…"
The bank's confirmation can take a few seconds; the screen waits and the balance updates automatically once completed. If you paid and after a few minutes the balance still isn't there:
- Check the wallet movements in case it's already recorded.
- Check with your bank whether the charge actually went through.
- If the charge exists and the balance doesn't, write to us via the app's "Help" button (bottom left) or at info@tegaria.com with the date and amount, and we'll sort it out.
Refunds and invoices
Topped-up balance is meant for payments inside Tegaria and, as a general rule, is not refundable. If you believe your case is special (a duplicate payment, an error), write to us and we'll look into it. If you need an invoice for a top-up, ask us at info@tegaria.com.
