# Share your listing on social media

> How to send your listing over WhatsApp, Instagram or any network with its public link: the share button, what the receiver sees and how to withdraw the link.

Yes, you can: every listing has a public link you activate whenever you want. You copy it with the share icon on your listing's card and paste it wherever your people are: WhatsApp, Instagram, a neighbourhood group, email.

## Create and copy the link

1. On your board, find your listing's card. Next to the identity badges you'll see the share icon ("Compartir" — Share; this sheet is currently shown in Spanish).
2. Tap it and press "Copiar enlace" (Copy link). The first time, that tap creates the listing's public page and copies its link; you'll see the notice "Link copied to the clipboard.".
3. Paste the link into your message or post. On WhatsApp and most networks, pasting it generates the preview card with the listing's photo and title.

## What the receiver sees

A web page with the listing's profile — photos and main facts — that opens without an account, plus an invitation to sign up in the app to respond. Search engines don't index that page: the link is seen by whoever receives it. While the link is active, the page updates on its own whenever you edit the listing.

## Stop sharing

Open the same share icon and press "Dejar de compartir" (Stop sharing): the link stops working right away (anyone holding it will see an unavailable page) and the notice "You've stopped sharing this content." appears. If you later share the same listing again, the link is the same one as before and works again.

## The link withdraws itself on hiding, expiry or deletion

The public link only lives while the listing is in sight: if you hide it, its publication expires or you delete the listing, the link is withdrawn automatically and anyone holding it will see an unavailable page. Mind the way back after hiding: when you publish the listing again the link does **not** reactivate on its own — sharing is your call, so tap "Copiar enlace" (Copy link) again (it will be the same link).

## No link under invisible mode

A listing in [invisible mode](https://tegaria.com/en/help/invisible-mode) can't have a public link — it would contradict its discretion — and the share icon doesn't show. To share it, first turn invisible mode off in the listing's edit form.

## Your search profile and your agent profile too

The same share icon appears on your search profile's card and on your agent profile's card, and works the same way. The only difference: since those pages show personal data, before creating the link the app asks you to accept a responsibility notice about what you choose to make public. You can stop sharing at any time.
