# Register your agency

> How a real estate agency joins Tegaria: application, manual approval and what it gets — storefront, directory and authorship seal.

## The application

Fill in the [Register your agency](https://tegaria.com/en/agencies/apply) form: name and tax ID, contact person, the areas you operate in, portfolio size and services. Registration is free, with no fixed fee and no lock-in.

## The approval

The process is manual: we verify the agency's activity, tax ID and regulatory compliance before approving. It usually takes **7 to 14 working days**; we reply by email.

## What your agency gets

- **Its own storefront in the app** (free): your public profile with logo, description and fees.
- **Presence in the directory**: motivation tags carry the signature of whoever creates them, and the directory of categories and tags is one more storefront to attract clients in your area.
- **Authorship seal**: listings you publish on behalf of your clients display your agency's name with a link to your profile — your work signs the listing.
- **Candidates with verified identity and affinity fit**, with the double like and the chat to close.
- **Prioritise candidates**: from Settings you can indicate which kind of candidate interests you most, so they show up earlier on your board.

## Leaving

Whenever you want, without penalty: only ongoing commitments with your clients are honoured.
